This is a great example of the elegant and tasty wines that Poland's cool climate can produce. This stunning Solaris smells of orange blossom, honeydew melon and pear, and on the palate has notes of peach and apple, with a refreshing grapefruit finish. Delicate and elegant, you need this in your life!
Solaris was created in 1975 by crossing Riesling with Muscat Ottonel. The Riesling brings aromatic qualities, while the Muscat provides melon flavours and smoothness. It thrives in cooler climates.
The wine has been aged for 5 months in stainless steel to retain freshness and promote complexity.
Pair with fresh seafood, or a salad of prosciutto, mozzarella and peach.
