Wine Tasting at Sale

AN EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED! To further celebrate being crowned Food and Drink Retailer of the Year at the 2024 Manchester Food and Drink Awards, we are hosting a very special wine tasting event - with a six-course lunch on Saturday November 2nd.

We are proud to present: MARC HOUGH’S GRAPEST HITS 2024, PART TWO!

‘Grapest Hits’ is a twice-yearly event, where our award-winning founder Marc showcases the six very best wines he has tasted over the last 12 months, alongside a six-course ‘small-plates’ lunch – with each course expertly paired with the wine.

Marc spends a lot of his time travelling around the world hunting out great new wines (such a tough job) – and so far this year has tasted his way round France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Croatia, hunting out some truly incredible bottles that he cannot wait to share with you.

Many of the wines that will be showcased at this event are exclusive to Cork of the North and have never been sold in the UK before. The tasting  starts at 1pm and tickets cost £75pp. If you would like to join us at this very special event, please buy your tickets asap - there are less than 40 places available at each lunch, and these tastings are likely to sell out quickly, so move fast!
