Vette Sauvignon Blanc (Italy)

This is a beautiful Italian Sauvignon Blanc from Trentino, an Alpine region in Northern Italy. It is an aromatic wine with a beautiful and distinct taste of juicy mango! There are also notes of lemon zest and a satisfying minerality. We simply can't get enough of it.

The grapes come from vines aged between six and fifteen years, planted in the northern part of Trentino. The name Vette, meaning heights, refers to the majestic peaks that overlook the vineyards. The wine was then aged for five months on its lees in tank.

Pair this with courgette and butter bean Romesco salad, goat's cheese or a zesty risotto.
