'Vereto' is a light to medium-bodied wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes from the town of Salice Salentino in the Province of Lecce, in Puglia's sun-drenched south. It’s a warm, generous, satisfying and genuinely complex red from one of the leading estates in the area. It boasts a mature, complex nose of dark fruits, spice and savoury notes. On the palate, layers of cherry, bitter plum and dried fruit characters combine with spice and liquorice leading to a fresh finish with perfectly balanced acidity.
