Show-stopping Pinot Noir from Poland. Perfumed and complex with notes of cranberry, sumptuous black cherry, black plum and hibiscus. You haven't had Polish wine like this before. We think this is just perfect.

This Pinot Noir is aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels. It is macerated on its skins for 22 days. This has produced an expertly balanced wine with a smooth texture and well-integrated tannins.

This is ready to drink now, but will develop in the bottle for many years.

Pair this with beef, game grilled vegetables and wild mushrooms.
