This Polish Chardonnay is a party of tropical fruit on the palate. The nose has apricot and mango, and the palate has a playful note of banana split! All this is balanced by a razor-sharp acidity. This is Chardonnay like you've never seen it before.

Thanks to maturation in barrels, the wine has acquired a developed body and taste profile. This maturation gives us aromas of butter and fresh wood, which progress into accents of ripe pear and tropical fruits. The wine has a full and rich palate, but it’s not too heavy thanks to its fresh fruitiness. A perfect balance between barrel and fruit accents make this a wonderful wine, for lovers of barrelled whites.
Pair with dishes with cream sauces, or with smoked fish.
