Crémant is made in exactly the same way as Champagne, but thankfully doesn’t carry then same price tag. This is instead made with the grape Pinot Blanc, and is lively and bright, with intense citrus notes, a mellow note of baked apple on the palate, and a hint of savouriness. A delight.
This fizz won Gold at the Sommelier Wine Awards - this superbly crafted wine will satisfy time and time again! Serve chilled as an appetiser, with cheeses like Brie or Camembert, or even after a meal for the perfect post dinner refresher.
