The Wishbone Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon (Australia)

Deep, dark and brooding, this is an epic full bodied blend with a killer blackcurrant flavour. Notice also notes of raspberry, plum, cherry and spice. Jammy, smooth and easy-drinking, this is the perfect red for a cosy Sunday. 

This wine is 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 75% Shiraz, classic grape varieties grown in the Barossa Valley. The wine is partly tank fermented and aged in oak for 10 months. The resulting wine is juicy, drinkable and possessing depth and complexity that is often missing at this price point.

This wine is great with anything barbecued or grilled!
