Terra Bruna Gavi (Italy)

A lovely, crisp, classic Gavi - with aromas of citrus and grapefruit. It as fresh as a daisy, and also has a persistent mineral taste, along with a long-lasting lemon finish. This is a crowd-pleasing white, make no mistake.

Gavi is located in Alessandria, Piedmont, in Northwestern Italy. Gavi wine must be produced in one of the eleven approved municipalities in the area, exclusively from the Cortese grape.

This Gavi complements white fish brilliantly. It's also great with pesto pasta, as well as dishes with fresh herbs and vegetables.
