Tenuta Regaleali Cavallo delle Fate Grillo (Sicily, Italy)

We love Grillo and we love this producer - this wine is a Cork match made in heaven. Gorgeous notes of fleshy white peach, pear and citrus accompanied by tropical fruit and satisfying minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp with a lively acidity and a long finish. Simply the best Grillo we've ever tasted. 

Grillo is an ancient grape variety, a cross between Moscato and Catarratto. These Grillo grapes are cultivated on the high hills of central Sicily. Some grapes are harvested early, for freshness and minerality, and some later, providing structure.

This Grillo is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses.
