Delicious, uncomplicated, and anything but boring. This is a Sangiovese with character! There's super bright red and black fruits and a clean hint of the classic green leaf we love from this legendary Italian grape. You would never know it's a fully natural production!

The winemakers keep to a strict biodynamic and organic approach. Grown in a protected national park area above Assisi at between 600m-900m with no pestisides or herbisides.

This bottle drinks perfectly by itself, or paired with Wild Boar Stew or a Pork Sausage Ragu.
