An easy-going South African white that balances freshness with a touch of fruit-driven richness. Chenin brings crisp apple and pear, while Viognier softens the edges with hints of peach. It’s bright, juicy and smooth on the finish.
This wine is made of 75% Chenin Blanc and 25% Viognier. Part of the Chenin Blanc is wild yeast fermented and kept on the yeast lees for as long as possible in order to achieve a long, juicy and rounded palate with a crisp fresh finish.
