This is a unique and mouthwatering Riesling, a firm favourite amongst Cork staff. It is an aromatic wine with notes of linden flower, lime, apricot, and quince. The palate is full with a juicy texture, intense fruitiness, and refreshing acidity. The finish reveals a distinctly mineral character. Phwoar.
