Silesian Cuvée Colorée (Poland)

Gorgeous and extremely unique light red wine from Poland. Lovely notes of red fruits with a distinct flavour of raspberry ripple ice cream. The texture is velvety and the tannins are very delicate. This is also delicious served slightly chilled.

Cuvée Colorée is made from three grape varieties you may not have heard of Rondo, Regent and Cabernet Cortis. This wine also uses multuple vinification methods: semi-carbonic fermentation, maturation in oak barrels and steel vats and both short and long maceration. This wine is a breath of fresh air and testament to modern winemaking thanks to this diversity of technique.

Pair this wine with light tapas dishes, such as cold cuts and patatas bravas. This would be the perfect match for a salad of tinned fish and tomatoes.
