Serbal White Blend (Argentina)

Wow. A powerful blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier that takes no prisoners.....

This is very full-flavoured, juicy white with massive aromas of apricot and stone fruits on the nose, which follow onto the palate. The texture is unctuous and satisfying, and the finish dry and refreshing. It pours golden yellow with greenish reflections.

Grapes are hand-picked in March, and fermented in stainless steel at 15º. 

This would be a perfect wine for Christmas day, pairing beautifully with turkey roasted with lemon, apple and thyme.
