If you like Sauvignon Blanc, you’ll love this wildly aromatic little minx, which is stylistically in the same ball park as a top Pouilly Fume. Wonderfully fruity, this also has a slight creaminess to it, and a long, peachy finish.

Vino Saturnino is 100% Verdejo, the local grape varietal and is fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 5 months to give a textured mouthfeel.

Drink alongside fish pie, fish cakes, chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce.
