Santa Tresa Frappato (Italy)

A wonderfully juicy light-bodied red. This is a proper staff favourite, fresh and smooth with vibrant strawberry flavours. Lovely enjoyed slightly chilled!

This wine pours a gorgeous ruby red! On the nose you're greeted with fresh red berries, mingling with notes of violet and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, with a refreshing acidity and smooth tannins. Flavours of red cherries, cranberries, and a touch of spice abound on the tongue, culminating in a clean, slightly mineral finish. 

Santa Tresa Frappato is crafted with organic farming practices, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and quality. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a careful fermentation process to preserve their fresh, fruity character. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, allowing the pure expression of the grape to shine through without the influence of oak.
