It has juicy white peach and pear flavours and a wonderfully refreshing, delicate textural finish. Extraordinarily good value.

Roberto Sarotto is the seventh generation to lead this family-owned estate, and until his arrival at the helm, the family sold their grapes to cooperatives and other growers. From 1991, he has vinified all the estate’s grapes. This Gavi is made from 40-year old Cortese vines, making for an intense, concentrated wine.
