Ultimate easy-drinking Italian goodness! Podere Barbi's 'Qui Pro Quo' Rosso is a tantalising 50/50 blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano, making for a structurally complex yet completely quaffable wine.

This wine has a beautiful black cherry flavour, with dark fruit aromas and a savoury, earthy complexity. It brings together the fullness and roundness of Montepulciano and the elegant structure of Sangiovese. It’s a fresh and fruity wine which is characterised by structure, balance and smoothness.

Vinified in stainless steel vats, 'qui pro quo' undergoes maceration on skins for 12 days, is aged in stainless steel and also in bottle for two years. The Barbi family has a long tradition in producing fine wines, from 1932. The Podere Barbi estate was established in the early 1990s, aiming to produce  high quality wines based on indigenous varietals. Today, Podere Barbi offer a line of boutique wines which embody their winemaking passion and dedication to the land.

Pair this wine with roasts, game, cold cuts and seasoned cheese.
