Pra 'Otto' Soave (Italy)

This gives any top Soave a run for its money! Think elegant honeysuckle and pear aromas, this is textured, juicy, and lightly honeyed. Fresh and subtly peachy nose with vibrant citrus and stone fruit, appealing pithy notes and a hint of almonds. An absolutely classic Soave from one of the region's master producers.

Graziano followed his father and grandfather into the wine business, studying oenonlogy, and taking over the family winery in the early 1980s. His name is synonymous with Soave - where he is regarded as one of a handful of world class producers who have revitalised the region.

A perfect party wine, it's good with a goats cheese, basil and roasted pepper salad; asparagus or delicate fish sprinkled with lemon juice.
