A very vibrant frothy Pet Nat Albariño, from legendary Uruguayan producer Pisano. Chill properly and allow to rest before opening.

As a proper Pet Nat, there can be bottle variation and it is likely to be lively on opening. Delicate floral aromas alongside notes of white peach, green apple and ripe pear and a subtle saline minerality. Its gentle natural sparkle and medium-bodied palate give the wine a creamy, lightly textured feel, while crisp acidity keeps everything bright, dry and wonderfully refreshing. The finish is clean and savoury, with lingering orchard fruit and a chalky mineral edge.

Wonderfully food-friendly, perfect alongside fresh seafood, especially oysters, grilled prawns or ceviche, where its saline lift and citrusy freshness beautifully complement delicate flavours from the sea. It also pairs with soft cheeses, vegetable tempura, herb-led salads and Mediterranean small plates.
