Pisano Cisplatino Tannat (Uruguay)

Cisplatino refers to the area located "on this side" of the Río de la Plata and the Pisano brothers showcase the unique identity of Uruguayan wines with this range focussed on freshness and fruit expression. 

Perfumed, lifted and bright, this juicy Tannat is dark but ruby-red alive with plummy joy, walnuts, spices, and young mushrooms. The palate has a smooth structure, with good density, with soft smoky aromas of blueberries, blackberries, and raisins. A clear, unadorned expression shaped by precise cellar work.

Perfect with all meats, especially lamb, pasta, and mild cheeses. Very good with Uruguayan empanadas and pastries.
