75% of the grapes are from Puligny-Montrachet, and the other 25% are from Fixin, a plot just promoted to village status. This results in a wine that is flinty, floral, and full of finesse. 

Pierre Mayeul is a modern Burgundy producer, founded in 2016 by three friends, including Ludivine Griveau, winemaker at the legendary Hospices de Beaune. They craft expressive, terroir-driven wines with precision, heritage, and heart.
