Pazo das Bruxas Albariño (Spain)

This wine is named after the Galician 'bruxas' (witches) who are rumoured to have lived amongst the vineyards in the region! This wine is fittingly enchanting, a multi-award winning and elegant albariño from Familia Torres.

Notes of citrus and peach, as well as a refreshing salinity which reflects the coastal climate of Galicia. It is dry, round and elegant with a clean, long finish.

The Familia Torres have been growing grapes since 1870! They combine tradition with innovation, producing premium wines and brandies, with wineries across Spain, and now also in Chile and California. 

This wine is a perfect aperitif, and absolutely sings paired with seafood.
