Paolo Leo 'Mora Mora' Malvasia Nera (Italy)

This full-bodied red from Puglia is super smooth. The Malvasia Nera grape is distinguished by a high sugar concentration and the almost total absence of tannin in the skins - a characteristic that makes it unique and unexpected.

Mora Mora is a Salento IGP wine produced with Malvasia Nera grapes. Coming from the rural area of San Donaci in the province of Brindisi, this wine has an intense ruby red color and an aromatic bouquet that evokes small red fruits, dried plums and sweet spices. On the palate, it gives a long, soft and silky finish. 

Pair this with rich, savoury dishes like beef or lentil Ragù.
