Ontanon 'Marco Fabio' Moscatel (Spain)

This is a beautiful dessert wine from the Rioja region, from one of our favourite producers. It's a dessert wine which is not too sweet or cloying, as the fruit flavours are ripe, yet fresh. 

Made from 100% Moscatel grapes, there are peach, pear and honey flavours here, balanced with a fresh citrus acidity. After harvesting the grapes undergo a short maceration, and fermentation at controlled temperature.

Serve with chocolate desserts or ice cream at your next celebratory dinner.
