Novum Marlborough Chardonnay (New Zealand)

Wow - this Marlborough Chardonnay represents New Zealand terroir while giving a nod to Burgundy, which has clear influence on its style. What a treat. The wine is flinty and mineral with fresh acidity, citrus peel, pear and hazelnuts. An exquisitely smooth texture, with hints of lemon curd and sandalwood. 

Made with fruit sourced from a tiny parcel in Marlborough's central Wairau plains. The grapes are hand sorted, picked from a specific parcel to create the most intense and expressive wine possible. Aged in 20% new oak.

Pair this with richer fish dishes, creamy cheeses, mushrooms, or anything in a cream sauce - lean into the indulgence!
