Mineralstein Riesling (Germany)

This is a wonderful dry and zesty Riesling from Pfalz, in South West Germany.

It has great intensity and minerality, with a lovely crisp acidity. Expect the flavours of nectarines, ripe peaches and lime – which persist on the long finish.

Aged for 8 months on lees to add texture and body, and bottled with minimal filtration to retain fruit character.

This is fantastic with roast pork, or Thai dishes.
