Milledi Ferghettina Franciacorta (Italy)

Italy's answer to Champagne! A fantastic and fresh Franciacorta, elegant with notes of white flower and citrus. On the palate, a lovely complexity with brioche, apple and a lovely weight. Fine and persistent bubbles. Cin cin!

The Franciacorta DOC is located in the Lombardy region in Northern Italy. The Gatti family, who produce this wine, own 120 acres in the area. This wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

This makes a beautiful gift. It goes stunningly with grilled fish or poultry dishes, but also try with sushi!
