Mas La Mola L'Expressio del Priorat (Spain)

They don't get any more impressive than Priorat, going toe-to-toe with Rioja as the highest-grade Spanish wines. This 70% Garnacha and 30% Carignan blend is deep, powerful, and full-bodied with a fantastic slatey minerality, characteristic of a good Priorat.

Mas La Mola has made this blend from young vines, ideal for drinking straight off the shelf, but with enough structure to suit ageing up to 10 years. It's seen no oak ageing, only stainless steel, to help preserve its brilliant Blueberry intensity.

Serve this with some grilled lamb, Iberian ham, and well-aged manchego.
