Lucie Thieblemont Chablis Villages (France)

Made by one of the most highly-skilled and respected female winemakers in France, this classic Chablis is all about the minimality…. and has a wonderful intensity and purity, with great length. Absolute quality.

Located in the Sur Le Moulin district the vines are farmed organically with minimal intervention. The wine is aged on it's lees for fourteen months in stainless steel tanks and barrels to produce a classic Chablis with extra complexity.

This is an elegant bottle of white. Pair with gougères, fish and chips, mussels or creamy pasta.
