L'Opera Czas Na (Poland)

This Polish white is mysterious by label, and rewarding by nature. A blend of the grapes Solaris and Helios, the wine has an intense and fruity nose with notes of vanilla and almond, and with hints of golden apple and white blossom. On the palate, it's dry, fresh and mineral. 

Ageing for 4 months in new French oak adds to the wine's complexity and balance. 

This is an amazing wine for food. Drink it alongside a salmon or tuna poke bowl, with herby pork sausage, or with grilled chicken and salad.
