Laureatus Albariño (Spain)

A beautiful Albariño that really is sunshine in a bottle! This has beautiful mango, citrus, and tropical flavours. One of our favourites, this is delicious, rich and aromatic with notes of pineapple and dried grass. It has a beautiful balance of honeyed tropical fruits whilst retaining a refreshing acidity.

The Laureatus family in Rías Baixas have gone from a family fishing business to making the perfect wines to match their catch. Albariño at its best. Named after the rías, or estuarine inlets, that flow as far as 20 miles inland, Rías Baixas is an Atlantic coastal region with a cool and wet maritime climate.

Naturally great with fish and seafood, particularly mussels in a spicy tomato sauce. A great dinner party wine!
