'Blanc de Blancs' means this wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, in this case grown in cool climate vineyards across the Western Cape. This gives it a clean fruit flavour and a refreshing finish. Hints of lime are accompanied by aromas of toasted bread and hazelnut. 

This is the perfect fizz to share when celebrating, and also goes down a treat with light starters and seafood.
