J. Laurens Crémant de Limoux Brut (France)

Crémant is made in exactly the same way as Champagne, but thankfully doesn’t carry the same price tag. This is instead made in the South of France, in beautiful Limoux, and is lively and bright! Expect a dry, satisfying fizz with intense citrus notes and just a hint of yeasty savouriness. 

This example is made by a quality winemaker, with Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac Blanc grapes. The result is a crowd-pleasing party banger!

Pair this with a spread of soft white cheeses, tropical fruit and crackers.
