Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs (England)

Quite simply, this is the best English fizz on the market, giving top Champagne a run for its money. 

This wine is 100% Chardonnay, expressing the linear purity of the Blanc de Blancs style. A true taste of finesse, with classic Chardonnay aromas of apple and citrus, combined with buttered, toasty richness. 

The fermentation lasts 10 days at 18-20 degrees celsius using specialist sparkling wine yeast. The temperature is controlled in stainless steel tanks, with a small percentage fermented in old oak barrels for complexity.

Pair this wine with freshly shucked oysters, or soft, creamy cheeses such as goat's.
