Hugel 'Gentil' Alsace Blend (France)

This gorgeously textured white is a blend of six Alsatian grapes! The nose is typical of the area, with intense aromas of yellow plum, rose, quince and citrus. The palate is supple and silky, with a refreshing finish.

The blend is comprised of Riesling, Gewurztraimer, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Muscat. This kaleidoscope of grapes is produced exclusively from hand harvested grapes in and around Riquewihr. A cool and long growing season gives this unique dry wine great finesse and unequalled drinkability.

Try this with Thai green or any light curry.
