Gavroche Rouge (France)

Dangerously drinkable blend of Grenache and Syrah from an amazing producer. Medium-bodied, fresh, fruity and supple - this is the kind of wine served in bistros across Paris. This is also biodynamically farmed, vegan, organic and natural!

Expect notes of red bramble fruit, woodland herbs and bright raspberry. A lovely, summery, unfussy red.

After harvesting, the Grenache and Syrah grapes are chilled for 3 days before a natural ferment.This wine is also unique as the grapes are extracted without pressing in order to preserve the grape’s luscious fruit characters. Unoaked and 'croquant' - meaning crunchy and fresh.

Drink this alongside charcuterie, barbecue or vegetarian sausage dishes.
