Fontessa Prosecco (Italy)

This is an amazing quality Prosecco! It's fresh and zesty, nice and fruity but not sweet, with aromas of citrus and green apple. The palate has ripe grapey characters, zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Prosecco has to be made in the traditional 'tank method', where the wine undergoes its second fermentation in large, sealed, steel tanks, providing the bubbles.
