Light and juicy, yet complex! Redcurrant and blackcurrant meet a cool breeze of mint and clove. Supple, vibrant and way more serious than it lets on. We are loving this.
The blend is 50% Cinsault, 25% Grenache and 25% Syrah. 'Domaine de la Dourbie' was established in 1782, taking its name from the small river, La Dourbie, that flows through the site. Since 2003, the team have focussed on reintroducing and planting native grape varieties, such as the superb and rare Terret Bourret.
Pair with charcuterie, poultry, cheese or barbecue.
