Grillo is indigenous to Sicily, and these grapes are grown in the hills surrounding the town of Contessa Entellina, where the vineyards benefit from ideal exposure to the sun and the cool sea breeze. Produced by a family winemaking team!

This is perfect for pairing with seafood dishes, light salads, and younger cheeses. Highly enjoyable without food also.
