Domaine Seguinot & Filles Petit Chablis (France)

This is an unoaked, delicately fresh Petit Chablis with bright citrus and apple. The texture is soft, with notes of verbena, and a round nose.

Chablis producers use 100% Chardonnay grapes to produce fresh, mineral wines. Petit Chablis is the lighter, crisper style best for young drinking, typically grown on cold plateaus at higher altitudes. 

Perfect with seafood or a croque monsieur!
