Domaine Jubare Mâcon Fuissé (France)

Domaine Jubare are a family winery and grower producing exclusively in the commune of Fuisse in Burgundy. All there eggs are in one basket, and they've leant completely into the legendary style of the area.

Hand picked, rich, and perfectly balanced Chardonnay. White peach, pear, and citrus, with a touch of hazelnut and honey.

Jubare age their Macon-Fuisse on the fine lees in steel, preserving the natural freshness but helping build a smooth and velvety texture.
