Domaine Felix Bourgogne Blanc (France)

Produced only a few kilometres from Chablis, this luscious white Burgundy is floral and fresh with hints of brioche and stone fruit flavours and a touch of butteriness on the nose. Smooth and silky on the palate with sweet ripe stone and orchard fruits and a subtle mineral aspect; an easy-going style of Burgundy.

Produced from 5 hectares of Argilo-Calcaire, Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils only a few kilometres away from Chablis, this sustainably-made wine shares many characteristics with its prestigious neighbour. The wine will age for 3-5 years if desired.

If you don't finish it before the food is ready(!), this will pair beautifully with grilled scallops, seafood and chicken in creamy sauces or grilled spring vegetables.
