Dillions Bacchus (England)

Dillions Bacchus hails from West Sussex, a fine example of English winemaking. Bacchus is similar in flavour profile to Sauvignon Blanc, this wine in particular boasting fresh, crisp pear and gooseberry flavours. Transport yourself to an English country garden with a glass of this!

Dillions are committed to sustainable practices, gaining their official Sustainable Wines of Great Britain qualification in April 2022, which required 18 months of observation and analysis for a a detailed SWGB conservation report, including many criteria such as maintaining and improving soil health, promoting biodiversity and reducing carbon footprint per hectare.

This wine coincidentally goes amazingly with fish and chips! Also try with crab or prawns.
