Diez Siglos Sauvignon Blanc (Spain)

A modern, eclectic style of Sauvignon with bright tropical and characterful herby flavours. This expressive Spanish wine is great for Sancerre AND NZ Sauvignon lovers! It has appealing aromas of nettle and green pepper balanced by notes of tropical fruit. The palate is vibrant with juicy grapefruit acidity, herbaceous characters and good length.

Formed in 2010, Diez Siglos is a collective of 60 small to medium growers - who are working together to continue the winemaking traditions of Rueda. They use their combined expertise, their best vineyards, and a new winery with the latest technology to produce great wines typical of the region.

An easy drinking, everyday wine, this is lovely with or without food, but pairs particularly well with summer salads, risotto, and all kinds of fish and seafood dishes.
