This is one of the best Sancerres we have ever tasted. If you are a Sauvignon Blanc fan, this is a must-try. As elegant as Cinderella's ballgown.
The wine is dry and crisp, with a citrus twist. Expect aromas of fresh cut grass, white flower, citrus and exotic fruits, infused throughout with the typical Sancerre elegance and minerality.
The Dezat family is one of the oldest winemaking families in Sancerre. References to the family can be found as far back as 1550. This Sancerre is produced from Sauvignon Blanc vines that are at least 50 years old.
Sancerre pairs famously well with goat's cheese, for example the famous Crottin de Chavignol cheese. It's aklso right at home alongside seafood, chicken or hors d'oeuvre.
Vintages may vary. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific vintage.
