Devaux Coeur des Bar Rosé Champagne (France)

Stunning pink Champagne with bags of flavour and character. Notes of sumptuous red berry and delicate spice. Pouring a light salmon pink colour, this champagne is distinguished by aromas of fleshy red fruits, thanks to Pinots Noir grapes from the village of Les Riceys in the Côte des Bar. The texture is round, with a fine mousse and a fresh, fruity finish. 

The blend is 80% Pinot Noir, including 10% vinified as red wine and 5% as skin contact rosé, the rest of the blend being 20% Chardonnay. 

Pair this with salad, light starters or even fresh apple pie.
