Christophe Mittnacht 'Terres de Etoiles' Pinot Blanc (France)

This crisp and lively organic white from the Alsace boasts wonderful flavours of citrus, apricot and nectarine. The mouth-watering acidity keeps everything in balance, leading to a refreshing finish.

Winemaker Christophe has made his estate fully organic and biodynamic and they are making very fine wines. Some such as Muscat and Riesling are bone dry! They own and lease some 20 hectares of great vineyards around Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé and have now over two hectares of the Grand Cru Rosacker. They also own parcels in the Grands Crus Mandelberg and Osterberg and more in the excellent ‘lieu dit’ Muhlforst.
