Chateau de Laussac Cuvée La Fleur (France)

Chateau de Laussac is located on the hillsides bordering the town of Saint-Émilion 8km away in the AOC Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux.

75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc.

The nose is immediately inviting, with ripe red and black fruits, including cherry, plum, and blackberry. These fruit aromas are beautifully complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and cedar, due to its 12 months oak ageing. On the palate there a flavours of dark berries and plums blanched by soft tannins, leaving a smooth and velvety mouth feel.

Perfect with all types of meat and mushroom dishes.
